Schedule, Duration, and Cancellation Policy
We realize that professional work schedules are often very dynamic, so we have a flexible policy for class schedule changes under certain conditions. Participants are expected to provide prior notice if they wish to reschedule so as not to disrupt the learning flow of other participants in the same group. The duration varies depending on the type of program taken, but generally ranges from 8 to 12 intensive meeting sessions to ensure deep and thorough mastery of the material. Each session lasts for 90 to 120 minutes with a meeting schedule of one to two times per week, depending on the program level and participant availability.
Participants can postpone one session with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled class, without additional administrative fees. For full program cancellations, the terms regarding refunds are explained in our terms and conditions document, with the refund amount depending on the number of sessions that have taken place before the cancellation is submitted.
