Terms and Conditions of Service

Prospective participants are required to provide accurate and complete identity data in accordance with official documents valid at the time of registration in the Sarhangi Institute system. We reserve the right to cancel a participant's enrollment if data falsification or information discrepancies are found that could harm the academic reputation and legal operations of our institution.

Registration is considered valid only if the prospective participant has received official confirmation from our administration team and has fulfilled the initial administrative obligations previously established. This confirmation is sent via official email after all supporting documents have been verified.

All training fees must be paid in full according to the payment schedule agreed upon at registration, either through a full upfront payment system or through an official installment scheme if available. Valid payments are only made through bank transfer mechanisms to the account in the name of the institution or cash payments at the cashier of our head office at Jalan Proklamasi No 57, Gresik Regency, East Java.

Late payments may result in the suspension of the participant's access to training materials, class sessions, or the issuance of the final certificate of competency after the training program is completed. Participants experiencing financial difficulties are encouraged to contact the administration team before the due date to discuss appropriate resolution options.

Students are required to uphold ethics, politeness, and respect for fellow participants and instructors while in the Sarhangi Institute training environment, both physical and digital. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruption of public order will be subject to strict sanctions, ranging from warnings to unilateral dismissal from the training program without a refund of course fees.

We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and professional learning environment for all individuals who wish to improve their communication skills with our teaching team. Every participant has the right to equal treatment regardless of their personal background.

All training materials, modules, video tutorials, and curriculum documents provided by the Sarhangi Institute are protected by copyright law and are the intellectual property of the institution. Participants are strictly prohibited from duplicating, distributing, or reselling these materials to other parties without written permission from the leadership of our educational institution in an official and legal manner.

Use of materials is only permitted for the participant's personal learning purposes during the duration of the training program and not for the commercial interests of any third party. Violations of this provision may lead to civil legal action in accordance with the copyright laws applicable in Indonesia.

Participants are expected to arrive on time for every scheduled session to ensure the effectiveness of material absorption and the smooth running of group practice in the classroom. If a participant is unable to attend, notification must be given at least 24 hours in advance so that we can consider rescheduling options if other class quotas are technically available.

Absence without notification or without a valid medical reason may result in the session being forfeited and cannot be replaced at another time by the same instructor. Participants with health issues are encouraged to attach a medical certificate so that the session can still be rescheduled based on availability.

Sarhangi Institute strives to provide the best quality of teaching, but we do not guarantee instant final results without real effort and continuous practice from the students themselves. Developing communication skills depends on routine practice, application of instructor feedback, and the participant's psychological readiness outside of training hours.

We are not responsible for material or non-material losses arising from a participant's misinterpretation of training materials in real-world applications outside our institution's environment. Our responsibility is limited to conducting the educational process in accordance with the curriculum that has been agreed upon and recognized administratively by the relevant educational authorities in Indonesia.

If there is dissatisfaction with the services or facilities we provide, participants are encouraged to submit complaints in writing through the official channels provided by our customer service department. We are committed to reviewing every complaint objectively and seeking the best solution through deliberation to reach a consensus within a reasonable timeframe for both parties.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled in accordance with the applicable laws in the jurisdiction of the district court where our institution is domiciled, namely Gresik Regency, East Java Province. Legal costs arising from this process are borne by each party in accordance with the court's decision.

Our institution reserves the right to make changes, additions, or deletions to the content of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to all website service users. The latest version of this document will always be available on our official website page, and continued use of the services after such changes constitutes agreement to the new rules.

We advise every participant to review this page regularly to understand their latest rights and obligations while interacting with the Sarhangi Institute educational ecosystem as a whole. The last update date is always listed at the top of this document.
