This policy covers all aspects of data interaction through the sarhangi.com domain and other related services managed under the auspices of Lembaga Pembelajaran dan Terapi ABK Pasha (NPSN K5653296). In conducting educational services, we collect data that includes personal identity (such as name and contact information), professional profile data for curriculum adjustment, and technical data on website usage. This data is necessary so that we can provide a relevant learning experience and ensure that administrative communication regarding course schedules can be delivered to you accurately.

We guarantee that no sensitive data is collected beyond the needs of educational operations and legal compliance applicable in the sovereign territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Specifically, the following are the categories of data that we may collect when you interact with our services:

  • A

  • B

  • C

Technical data:browser type, operating system, IP address, and pages visited for site maintenance and security purposes.

  • D

Administrative records:registration history, session attendance, and progress in completing the training modules taken.

02

Use and Processing of Information

The collected data is used to verify registration, process the issuance of competency certificates, and improve the quality of training materials based on general participant needs trends. We also process data for internal audit purposes and reporting to relevant educational authorities in accordance with our status as an institution officially registered with NPSN K5653296.

Data processing is carried out with the principle of caution, using encrypted systems to prevent information leaks that could harm the privacy of our valued students. Every processing activity is recorded in an internal access log, and only staff with relevant functional authority can perform read, update, or archive operations on participant records.

The main purpose of processing is always directly linked to educational service needs: preparing materials according to profiles, contacting participants regarding schedule changes, issuing module completion documentation, and responding to information requests received through contact forms. We do not use participant data to build independent marketing profiles sold to outside parties.

Our staff is trained regularly on data security awareness and only has limited access according to their respective functional roles in our institution's organizational structure.

Nevertheless, users are reminded to also maintain the confidentiality of their own account information when interacting with our online services to minimize risks from the end-user side independently. Some steps we take include:

Participant personal information will never be shared, sold, or disseminated to third-party organizations for marketing purposes without prior clear written consent from the data owner. We only work with technology infrastructure service providers that also have strict privacy compliance standards and are in line with our comprehensive internal data protection policies.

Data disclosure to government institutions is only carried out if required by law or in the context of an official legal process that is valid and whose validity can be proven constitutionally. In such situations, we limit the disclosed data to only what is legally required and document the request internally.
